Led by Lex & Rachel, two clinician besties (a therapist and a sexologist), this 6-week community group will have weekly topics to encourage authentic discussion and connection in a brave space.

8-9am - Discussion on Weekly Topic
9-9:15am - Gentle Movement/Rest
Topics include: rest, creativity, pleasure, mindful self-compassion, and righteous rage
