OUR APPROACH
HONEY was intentionally curated by Rachel Overvoll & Lex Brand with the intention of providing meaningful in-person connections and nourish healthy relationships that allow for co-elevation.
With Rachel's background as a Certified Somatic Sex Coach & AASECT-certified Sex Educator and Lex's background as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist specialized in systemic trauma recovery & mindful self-compassion, they have created thoughtful programs designed to enhance healthy communication, teach relational skills, reflect relational patterns, and provide deep companionship.
